When you place your order with us online, you will receive an automated e-mail notification verifying the products you have ordered and shipping methods. Please allow 1 - 2 working days for the processing of your order.

We currently accept payments via major credit card providers (VISA/ MASTERCARD/ AMEX), Paypal Express Checkout, Apple Pay, and Google Pay, using our secured server to ensure your privacy and security.

Mailing & Delivery
Non-Registered Mail
Non-registered mail via Singpost is free for orders below $50, excluding bulky item(s) that will not fit into residential mailboxes. Bulky items are unable to be mailed by non-registered mail to prevent loss or damages. Courier delivery, at a subsidised rate of $1.99 (usual $3.99), will be applicable for bulky item(s) and orders.
Mailing duration is approximately 3-7 working days.
Item(s) will be mailed to your letter box. There is no mailing on weekends and public holidays.
If customers opt for Singpost Non-registed Mail, please note the following:
- There is no tracking service
- Seller will not be responsible for any lost or damaged items
- There will be no refunds for any lost or damaged item
If customers do not agree with the above, kindly opt for trackable service (courier delivery).
Courier Delivery
Free local courier delivery for orders above $50 unless otherwise indicated, from Monday to Saturday. For orders below $50, a delivery charge of $3.99 will be applicable for orders that fit in residential letterboxes.
Delivery duration is approximately 2-5 working days. Delivery service is trackable.
We aim to deliver to as many places as we possibly can. However, due to certain restrictions, we are unable to deliver to the following places:
Tuas Link, ST Kinetics, Changi Terminal 1-3 and all Boulevards, Resorts World Sentosa, Army Camps, Seletar Airport, Shipyards, Pulau Ubin, Country Clubs, Changi Cargo Complex, SATS Inflight Catering Centre 1, ST Kinetics, Turf Club Avenue, Jurong Island, and any other offshore islands.
Baby Cot Delivery and Assembly
Baby cots purchased will be entitled to free delivery and assembly. Customer will be contacted for arrangement of the delivery and assembly. If customer fails to fulfill the arranged delivery date without informing us prior to the delivery date, a redelivery and reassembly fee of $80 will be charged.
Self Collection
You can collect your order from our office after you receive an email from us stating that it is ready for collection. Please allow 1 - 2 working days for the processing of your order.

Returns
Return Policy
All purchases are non-refundable, but exchangeable merchandises must be returned within 7 days of receipt of goods for exchange. Merchandise must be in its original condition (never been used) and in its original packaging with all the packing materials, manuals and registration cards intact. We will not accept dirty, washed or used products. Change of mind is not a valid return/exchange reason
All furniture and items that have been assembled will incur a 30% restocking fee. Some products are considered special order items and, unfortunately, are not returnable. If this is the case it will be clearly noted on its product page.
Please enclose your order/invoice number and/or a copy of your e-mail confirmation with your return along with a memo explaining the reason for return.
Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following classes of products: feeding accessories, breast pumps, bathing accessories, lotions and powders, diapering accessories, diaper pails, potty seats and wipes, video/audio tapes, and undergarments.
All refunds & exchanges are subjected to final approval.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product price is incorrectly listed due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our vendors, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the particular product, regardless of whether the order has been confirmed or if your credit card has been charged. If your Paypal / credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, we will make the necessary refund by crediting your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
