Infantino Enterprise Pte Ltd is not affiliated with any third parties that sell or advertise our products without a written agreement with us. We will not be held responsible for any of such products purchased through unauthorised sellers.
- Infantino Enterprise respects the privacy rights of our customers and we will only track statistics for business purposes. No private information will be disclosed to unrelated entities or any third party merchants unless required by law. All email addresses in our mailing list are strictly kept confidential.
- This Policy is based on the Singapore Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (“PDPA”) and all the associated regulations and guidelines as may from time to time be issued by the Personal Data Protection Commission (“PDPC”) of Singapore. Infantino Enterprise practices may be subjected to different or more restrictive local laws in jurisdictions outside of Singapore.
- If you sign up for our newsletter, we may use your email address to send you information about products or services. You may opt to unsubscribe at any point in time.
- All orders are processed and dispatched within 3 working days upon verification of payment.
- Infantino Enterprise will not be held liable for any lost parcels / damaged items mailed out should the customer opt for unregistered postage.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- All goods sold are non-returnable/non-refundable.
- Requests for exchanges are allowed only if you have received an incorrect or defective item
DEFECTIVE / FAULTY ITEMS RECEIVED
We apologize if you received a defective/faulty item. Please inform the Customer Service Team by taking a snapshot of the defective area and sending it to us at email@example.com
To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be returned in the original condition (brand new and unused condition).
- A refund will only be processed if the item(s) have run out of stock for exchanges.
INCORRECT ITEM(S) RECEIVED
We apologize if we have sent you an incorrect item. Please inform the Customer Service Team at firstname.lastname@example.org with the order number and affected item name.
- To be eligible for an exchange, the merchandise must be returned in its original condition (brand new and resalable)
- A refund will only be processed if the item(s) has ran out of stock for exchanges.
